The Women Cell of St. Joseph’s Training College, Pavaratty, in association with the Kerala State Women Commission, organized a session on women’s laws on August 22, 2022. Advocate Indira Raveendran, Member of Women Commission, inaugurated the event. The classes were led by Advocate Sumesh and counselor Smitha Kodanad.
The Vimukthi Club of St. Joseph’s Training College held Anti-Drug Awareness Programmes on August 12th, 2024. The event featured an Awareness Rally flagged off by Manager Fr. Joseph Alappat CMI, a Class on the ‘Role of Teachers in Anti-drug efforts’ by Advocate K. B. Haridas, and student competitions in E-poster and pencil drawing.
‘AGORA NEXUS’ – College Day of SJTC, Pavaratty was inaugurated by renowned Music Director and Playback Singer Mr. Ratheesh Vega on June 21, 2024.
On June 19, 2024, at 2 p.m., the ‘UDAY’ college union organized Bakrid celebrations ‘Bakrid Mubarak’ at SJTC. The celebrations were inaugurated by Principal Dr. Deepa Varghese and featured a Biriyani Fest, Mehendi Competition, Fashion Show, and various cultural programs.
On June 13, 2024, the ‘EUNOIA’ English Club organized a plant exchange program in connection with ‘Vanmahotsav’, promoting the initiative of ‘one child one plant’. Students and faculty enthusiastically participated by exchanging plants brought from their homes, fostering a green and environmentally-conscious community at the event.
